Literature Text

Let us fly with the wind
Through the leaves,
Round the lilies and orchids;

Let us listen to the
Rippling meanders
Meeting the delta divided.

Do not mourn for the
Breaking of dawn,
Red skies bloody and wounded,

Rejoice instead for
The rise of the sun;
In its warmth be surrounded.
Finally settled on a final form for Crow's lullaby.

As a child, Crow's mother was something of a flower child. All of her lullabies were her own work, and often focused on nature. The only thing he has from her is the knowledge of this song, and he resorts to singing or humming it to calm himself (or his friends) down. He also tends to sing when lonely, to fill the silence.

I also have a simple tune for it, but I can't really convey it through text...
